Product Description
Boost throughput in tight kitchens with the Southbend TVES/20SC-V, a TruVection double-deck, ventless electric convection oven. Its low-profile footprint helps reclaim vertical space while stacking production on two decks.
Dial in results with 150–550°F solid state thermostatic controls and a 60-minute mechanical cook timer. An interior light aids visibility, and a cool down fan accelerates turnaround between bakes. Electronic ignition streamlines startup.
Built for daily service, it features a porcelain oven interior and stainless steel front, sides, top, and 6" legs. Each oven includes 3 racks to stage batches of roasted proteins, vegetables, or baked goods during peak periods. Performance is driven by (2) 1/2 HP motors and (2) 7.5 kW of electric heat across the double deck.
