Dial in precise results with 150–550°F solid state thermostatic controls and a 60-minute mechanical cook timer. Each deck is powered by a 1/2 HP fan and 7.5 kW heating, supporting even air circulation for roasting proteins, baking sides, and finishing appetizers simultaneously.
Speed changeovers and maintain visibility with an interior light and cool down fan, while the porcelain oven interior simplifies cleanup between batches. Durable stainless steel front, sides, top, door handle, and 6" legs stand up to daily use, and each oven includes three racks to optimize loading.
