The Southbend Platinum P36-NFR infrared broiler is a compact, 36-inch, gas salamander broiler engineered to accelerate finishing and presentation on the line. With 40,000 BTU of infrared power and a riser-mount configuration, it concentrates heat where you need it while conserving valuable workspace. Use it to quickly melt, brown, and caramelize for consistent, eye-catching results during peak service.
Dial in performance with dual valve control and position product smoothly with the counter balanced rack system for repeatable finishes.
