Built for busy lines, this S-Series restaurant range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf that stand up to daily use and cleaning. A 4" front rail supports safe plating and pan handling, and 6" adjustable legs make leveling straightforward across varied floor conditions. With 99,000 BTU of gas power, it keeps pace during peak service.
Speed cleanup and service checks with a removable crumb drawer and a hinged lower valve panel for quick access. Two included racks expand your oven loading options for batch work, sides, or dessert programs. A 115v cord-and-plug connection powers the convection system for dependable, even results.
