The Southbend S36D-2GL gas restaurant range streamlines busy cooklines with a smart combination of open burners, a griddle, and a standard oven. Two 28,000 BTU burners handle rapid boils, sears, and sautés while the 24-inch left-side griddle takes on smash burgers, pancakes, and grilled sandwiches. Bake, roast, or finish in the oven below to keep plates moving during peak service.
Manual controls and a snap-action oven thermostat give operators straightforward, predictable performance shift after shift. Removable cast iron grate tops and a crumb drawer speed end-of-day cleanup and help maintain consistent airflow and burner output. Use the hinged lower valve panel for quick service access with minimal downtime.
Built for daily demands, this range features stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a protective 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs for a level, stable setup.
