This balanced layout supports efficient station workflows in diners, cafeterias, and full-service operations.
Simplify cleanup and service with removable cast iron grate tops, two crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel. A stainless steel front and sides, removable shelf, 4-inch front rail, and 6-inch adjustable legs stand up to daily use and streamline setup.
