Two space saver ovens let you roast, bake, and finish while the top keeps tickets moving. A snap action thermostat delivers responsive control for consistent results. Each oven includes one rack to position product as needed.
Built with a stainless steel front and sides, a removable shelf, and a 4-inch front rail, this platform stands up to daily prep and service. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit, while two crumb drawers and a hinged lower valve panel simplify maintenance. With 294,000 BTU total and CSA, NSF compliance, it fits restaurants, catering operations, and institutional kitchens focused on throughput and consistency.
