Manual controls provide direct, repeatable adjustments across stations, and removable cast iron grates help speed changeovers between menu dayparts. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand daily abuse and make cleanup straightforward.
Streamline workflow with a 4" front rail for safe pan handling and staging, plus a crumb drawer and hinged lower valve panel for quick between-rush maintenance. With 271,500 BTU total input and 6" adjustable legs, this range aligns easily with existing equipment and varied kitchen layouts.
