The Southbend S60AA-3TL is a 60-inch gas S-Series restaurant range built to streamline high-volume production. Four 28,000 BTU open burners handle rapid boils, sears, and sautés while the 36-inch left-side griddle with thermostatic controls dials in precise set points. Dual convection ovens expand capacity for batch roasting, finishing, and baking across varied menus.
With 246,000 total BTU, crews can fire multiple stations at once without bottlenecks on the line. Use the griddle for breakfast rush pancakes or burger searing as burners run sauces and stocks, then move sheet pans into the convection ovens for even results. Snap action thermostats promote fast recovery and repeatable performance during peak service.
Service-minded details simplify daily routines and maintenance. Removable cast iron grates, two crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel speed cleaning and access, while a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to constant use. A 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs support ergonomic setups in evolving kitchen layouts.
