Dual ovens—one convection and one standard—expand your capacity and menu flexibility. Roast proteins in the standard oven while the convection oven bakes sides or sheet pans for consistent results. Manual controls and a snap-action thermostat deliver responsive, repeatable heat management across the line.

Designed for efficient workflow, the range features removable cast iron grates, two crumb drawers, and a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf that stand up to daily use. A 4-inch front rail aids plating and protects controls, while 6-inch adjustable legs and a hinged lower valve panel support quick cleaning and service access.
