Boost throughput and consistency with manual griddle controls and a snap action thermostat for dependable oven response. Removable cast iron grates and two crumb drawers streamline end-of-shift cleanups, while a hinged lower valve panel speeds routine service. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus a 4" front rail and 6" adjustable legs, this range is ready for demanding kitchens.
