The Southbend S60DD-2RR 60-inch gas restaurant range powers busy lines with flexible, high-output cooking. Sear and sauté on six 28,000 BTU open burners while grilling or broiling on the 24-inch raised griddle/broiler and baking in two standard ovens. Manual controls and a snap action thermostat deliver responsive heat management.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use, and the 4-inch front rail streamlines plating. Removable cast iron grate tops, a crumb drawer, and a hinged lower valve panel accelerate cleaning and service.
From breakfast to late-night service, finish burgers on the raised broiler, simmer sauces on the burners, and batch-bake in the ovens. At 271,500 total BTU, this range supports high-volume production for restaurants, caterers, and institutional kitchens.
