The Southbend S60DD-3GL 60" commercial gas range combines four 28,000 BTU open burners with a 36" left-side griddle to streamline line-cook workflow. Move from sauté to sear to flat-top production without shifting stations. Dual standard ovens let you bake, roast, or finish while the top keeps tickets moving.
Manual controls and snap-action thermostats deliver responsive, predictable heat management across the cooktop and ovens. Removable cast iron grates and two crumb drawers speed end-of-shift cleanup, while a hinged lower valve panel supports quick service checks. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use and wipe down fast.
