The trio of 12-inch hot tops creates a continuous workspace for stockpots, sauté pans, and braisers, enabling efficient movement and pan rotation. Thermostatic control supports precise temperature management for reductions, holding, and high-heat tasks. The standard oven adds capacity for baking, roasting, and reheating, supporting both à la carte service and batch production.
Stainless steel front, sides, top, and oven lining simplify cleanup and stand up to daily wear in high-volume environments. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed, aligning with safety and sanitation requirements. This model also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
