Set recipes from 150–550°F, use the 60-minute mechanical cook timer, and illuminate the cavity to verify doneness at a glance. A cool down fan expedites safe shutdown and turnarounds, while the porcelain interior simplifies wipe-downs between menu changes.
Load the included three racks to roast proteins, bake sides, or retherm prepared items without slowing the pass. Electronic ignition provides dependable starts, and the stainless steel front, sides, top, door handle, and 6" legs stand up to daily use across foodservice operations. Qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
