Drive throughput with the Southbend TVES/20SC TruVection double-deck electric convection oven. Its low-profile design fits busy commercial cooklines while delivering precise 150–550°F control via solid state thermostatic controls. A 60-minute mechanical cook timer keeps batches on schedule.
Boost visibility and workflow with the oven interior light and a cool down fan for faster transitions between cycles. Each oven includes three racks to stage multiple pans, and the porcelain oven interior simplifies cleanup after service.
Built for daily duty, the stainless steel front, sides, and top, stainless steel door handle, and 6-inch legs stand up to commercial wear. Under the hood, (2) 7.5 kW and (2) 1/2 HP deliver the performance chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers demand.
