The Southbend 4361A-1GL maximizes a 36" footprint with a balanced mix of four non-clog burners, a 12" left-side griddle, and a convection oven below. Drive high-volume production with 182,000 BTU while moving seamlessly from sautéing and simmering to grilling and baking. Chefs can execute breakfast rushes, pan work, and batch roasting without changing stations.
Streamline workflow on the line: use the 22-1/2" flue riser shelf to stage pans, spices, or smallwares, then finish items in the convection oven using the included (3) racks. Standing pilot keeps the top ready, while the oven’s battery spark ignition accelerates startup and recovery for continuous service. Operators can run multiple techniques at once to maintain pace and consistency during peak periods.
Built for daily demands, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly and resist wear, and 6" adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors. This range meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards, supporting code compliance across commercial kitchens and institutional facilities.
