Sear proteins and vegetables on the charbroiler while you simmer sauces or blanch on the open burners. Load the standard oven for roasting or finishing sides, then spark it quickly with the battery ignition while the standing pilot keeps the top ready.
A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand daily use, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning under the line. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space for pans and smallwares, helping crews stay organized during rush service. CSA and NSF listings support specification in regulated facilities.
