Standard grates provide stable pan support for demanding, high-volume service.
Two space saver ovens with battery spark ignition let you bake, roast, and finish while the top fires, maximizing throughput in a compact footprint. Each oven includes a rack so you can load product the moment it’s in place. Operators can stage sides or finish proteins without tying up the range top.
A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient storage and plating space, while stainless steel front, sides, and adjustable 6-inch legs simplify cleanup and alignment. With 354,000 BTU on tap, this range delivers responsive heat and fast recovery across the menu.
