Engineered for busy lines, the Southbend 4601AA-2RR Ultimate restaurant range gives chefs the flexibility to run multiple stations at once. Six non-clog burners with standard grates tackle searing, sautéing, and rapid boils, while a right-side raised griddle/broiler handles grilling and finishing without reshuffling the line. Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition support high-throughput baking and roasting, with three racks per oven to stage batch production.
Standing pilots and a 295,500 BTU total output keep heat ready and recovery quick during peak service. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps pans and tools within reach to reduce steps and maintain a clean, organized station. Stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs simplify cleanup and deliver long-term durability.
At 60" wide, this gas range consolidates power and versatility into a single footprint for cramped cooklines or expanding menus. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, it meets rigorous commercial standards. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
