Engineered for demanding service, the Southbend 4601AD-4GL 60" gas range streamlines line cooking with two non-clog burners, standard grates, and a generous 48" left-side griddle. Run multiple stations at once while baking and roasting in the standard and convection ovens to keep ticket times tight during peak periods.
A standing pilot readies the top for rapid lighting, while both ovens use battery spark ignition for dependable starts and smooth shifts between batches. Chefs can stage, finish, and hold with confidence thanks to a balanced layout that supports sautéing, searing, grilling, and high-volume oven work.
Built for the line, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6" adjustable legs for proper leveling on uneven floors. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf adds convenient overhead storage, and four included racks expand oven capacity, all backed by a powerful 223,000 BTU output and recognized certifications.
