Sear or sauce on two non-clog burners with standard grates while the left-side 48-inch griddle, governed by thermostatic controls, turns out consistent breakfasts, burgers, or seared vegetables. A standard oven and a convection oven with battery spark ignition expand your bake and roast capacity for efficient, all-day production.
Operators can stage pans and smallwares on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf to keep the line organized and moving. Stainless steel front and sides simplify wipe-downs, and 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors. With a total 223,000 BTU and standing pilot, this range is built to maintain pace during peak meal periods while supporting reliable, repeatable results.
