Combine (4) non-clog burners with (4) Pyromax burners on the left to sear, sauté, boil, and finish sauces side-by-side during peak service. Standard grates and a standing pilot support fast, dependable starts on a busy line.
Run simultaneous baking and roasting with the dual-oven configuration: one standard oven and one convection oven, both with battery spark ignition. Four total racks help stage sheet pans, hotel pans, and roasting trays for efficient batch production. The 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps frequently used pans and tools within reach to speed workflow.
