The Southbend 4601DD-2CL ultimate restaurant range streamlines busy service with a 60-inch gas platform built for volume and control. Pair six non-clog burners with a left-side 24-inch charbroiler and two standard ovens to execute sauteing, searing, grilling, baking, and roasting from one station.
Standing pilots keep the top burners ready while battery spark ignition brings the ovens online fast, minimizing downtime between tickets. Use the charbroiler to finish steaks and vegetables while sauces reduce on the open top and breads bake below.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds quick-access staging space, improving plating flow on the line. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs support daily cleaning routines and stable installation, while 352,000 BTU total input powers through peak meal periods.
