Six non-clog burners and a left-side 24" griddle with thermostatic controls let teams sear, sauté, and batch-cook with steady heat. This configuration keeps pans and the griddle within easy reach to streamline the hot line.
Two standard ovens with battery spark ignition handle baking, roasting, and finishing while the standing pilot keeps the top ready between waves. Move seamlessly from breakfast to dinner service, from eggs and pancakes on the griddle to sauces and sautés on the burners.
A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleanup, while the 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space. Adjustable 6" legs help level the unit under your hood, and a total of 336,000 BTU delivers the power needed for peak periods.
