The Southbend 4721DD-3GL ultimate restaurant range brings high-output, multi-station cooking to busy commercial kitchens. Six non-clog burners, a 36-inch left-side griddle, and two standard ovens combine to streamline line-work from sauté and simmer to sear and bake. Designed for chefs and operators who value throughput and organization, this 72-inch gas range helps consolidate workflows on a single footprint.
Stage breakfast on the griddle while keeping sauces at temp on the open burners, then finish roasts or baked items in the dual ovens. Standing pilots keep the top section ready, while battery spark ignition on the ovens supports quick, dependable starts during service. One rack per oven provides immediate, practical capacity out of the box.
Built for the rigors of daily use, the unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with storage shelf to keep pans and tools within reach. Set the working height with 6-inch adjustable legs and leverage a total of 352,000 BTU to power through peak periods. Certified to cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards.
