The Southbend 4721DD-3TL ultimate restaurant range couples high-output cooking with precise control for busy service. A 72-inch footprint combines six non-clog burners with a 36-inch left-side griddle featuring thermostatic controls, so chefs can sear, sauté, and griddle simultaneously. Two standard ovens expand capacity for baking and roasting without slowing the line.
Optimize workflow across dayparts: run pancakes and smash burgers on the griddle while the open burners handle sauces and sauté, and finish proteins in the ovens. Standing pilot keeps the top ready to fire, while battery spark ignition simplifies oven startup during rushes. One rack per oven supports immediate production out of the box.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly and resist wear. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf provides convenient pan and utensil staging, and 6-inch adjustable legs help level on uneven floors.
