The Spaceman 6235-C countertop soft serve ice cream machine equips busy kitchens to deliver two flavors plus a twist with dependable speed and control. Its air-cooled, self-contained, gravity-fed design streamlines placement and startup while the smart digital control system maintains target temperatures for product quality. With capacity up to 450 serves per hour, it keeps pace through peak service.
Operators can load pre-chilled mix into two 12.7 qt hoppers with agitators for consistent feeding to the freezing cylinders. Dual 1.8 qt barrels and fast freeze technology support quick recovery between draws, while standby mode maintains safe holding during slower periods.
