Built on the Star-Max® platform, this charbroiler is engineered for consistent performance shift after shift. Heavy stainless steel radiants concentrate and distribute heat, while rugged cast iron broiling grates deliver bold grill marks and durable service life. A welded steel frame with stainless steel top and front and aluminized steel sides stands up to daily commercial use.
