Power through peak service with the Star 6136RCBF Star-Max gas countertop charbroiler. At 36 inches wide, it delivers 120,000 BTU via cast iron 40,000 BTU burners with adjustable manual controls every 12 inches to keep zones dialed in. Sear steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables with consistent results across the grate.
Heavy stainless steel radiants focus heat while cast iron broiling grates develop attractive sear marks and color. A welded steel frame with a stainless steel top and front and aluminized steel sides stands up to high-volume lines. Operators can stage different menu items while maintaining steady production.
A stainless steel water pan, integrated splash guard, and grease trough streamline cleanup and help manage flare-ups. Four-inch legs provide clearance for sanitation. The 6136RCBF ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, and it carries cULus and UL EPH approvals.
