Manual controls every 12" allow operators to set independent zones and move tickets efficiently.
Contain mess and accelerate cleanup with a wrap-around stainless steel splash guard, grease trough, and stainless steel drawer. A welded steel frame with a stainless steel front and sturdy 4" legs stands up to continuous use while keeping the unit stable on the line.
Simplify installation with natural gas operation out of the box and an included LP conversion kit for flexibility.
