Its 36" x 24" cooking surface and 1" chrome plate offer ample searing space with strong heat retention for consistent results across batches. The smooth chrome surface streamlines cleanup between turns to keep the line moving.
A snap-action thermostat lets you set precise temperatures from 150°F to 450°F, while a 4,350-watt heating element every 12" helps maintain uniform heat where you need it. Set one area for pancakes or eggs and another for burgers or fajitas to keep tickets flowing. This control helps teams pivot from breakfast rush to dinner service without slowing down.
Operators will appreciate the 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2" front grease trough, and 6 qt. grease drawer that simplify grease management and reduce wipe-down time. A welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, heavy-duty metal knobs, and 4" legs with 1-5/8" adjustment
