Set precise temperatures from 150°F to 450°F with snap-action thermostat control for reliable results from eggs and pancakes to steaks and seared vegetables. A 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter, while the 3-1/2" front grease trough and 6 qt grease drawer streamline cleanup.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior and heavy-duty metal knobs, this unit withstands daily high-volume service. Four 4" legs with 1-5/8" adjustment simplify leveling on uneven surfaces, keeping your line organized and efficient.
