The Star Ultra-Max® 8172RCBB 72-inch gas radiant charbroiler delivers 240,000 BTU of grilling power across a broad cooking surface, helping busy kitchens move from rush to rush without hesitation. Steel radiants focus heat to the grates for dependable performance on steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables.
Dial in heat zones with adjustable manual controls placed every 6 inches, allowing chefs to sear, finish, and hold on the same line. Heavy-duty cast iron broiling grates promote excellent caramelization and appetizing presentation across high-volume menus.
Built for daily service, the welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior stand up to rigorous workflows.
