Dial in precise temperatures from 150°F to 550°F with thermostats positioned every 12 inches, and operate confidently with heavy-duty metal knobs and a standing pilot. A tapered 4-3/8 inch wrap-around splash guard contains splatter, while a 3-1/2 inch front grease trough speeds scraping and directs runoff for efficient cleanup.
