Dial in production with embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats every 12 inches, offering a 150°F to 550°F range to run multiple zones at once. Set gentle heat for breakfast on one side while searing or finishing on the other to keep orders moving.
A tapered 4-3/8 inch wrap-around splash guard helps contain splatter, and a 3-1/2 inch front grease trough streamlines clean-up to maintain a tidy station.
