Five manual controls with heavy-duty metal knobs let chefs stage eggs, burgers, and steaks across the plate while maintaining pace on the line. A 4-3/8" tapered wrap-around splash guard and 3-1/2" front grease trough channel debris to keep the deck clean and presentable.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior, the 860MA stands up to daily demands.
