Dial in exact heat with embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats spaced every 12 inches, offering a precise 150°F to 550°F range. The 1-inch thick T1 steel hexavalent chrome plate retains heat and promotes even results, helping reduce sticking and streamline turnarounds between menu items.
A tapered, wrap-around 4-3/8-inch splash guard contains splatter for a cleaner station, while the 3-1/2-inch front grease trough speeds skimming and recovery. With 150,000 BTU of gas-fired performance, the 860TCHSA delivers reliable output for diners, restaurants, and high-volume kitchens.
