Built around a 1-inch thick T1 steel hexavalent chrome plate and 180,000 BTU, this griddle is ready for searing, browning, and finishing throughout the day. Heavy-duty metal knobs and a standing pilot support reliable operation during peak periods.
A 4-3/8-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard and a 3-1/2-inch front grease trough help contain and channel runoff to streamline cleanup and presentation. The welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior and 4-inch stainless steel legs with 1-3/8-inch adjustment provide sturdy installation. cULus and UL EPH Classified, Made in USA.
