Boost line speed and consistency with the Star Ultra-Max UM1833A impingement conveyor oven. Its 33-inch conveyor and 18-inch wide by 24-inch long cook chamber help you move pizzas, toasted sandwiches, and appetizers from order to pickup with minimal handling.
Program six menu presets to lock in timing and temperatures across shifts, then position the unit to fit your line—belt travel is left-to-right from the factory and field convertible to right-to-left. This flexibility supports efficient workflows on prep lines, make stations, or limited-space counters.
Built for daily production, the stainless steel bake chamber features easy-to-clean impingement fingers that support even results and quicker maintenance. Commercial stainless steel construction, cULus and UL EPH listings, and factory-paid start-up help streamline installation and compliance for busy operations.
