Drive consistent results and faster service with the Star UM1854 Ultra-Max impingement conveyor oven. A 54-inch conveyor feeds an 18" x 28" cook chamber, using focused impingement airflow to accelerate melting, browning, and crisping. The 40,000 BTU gas system supports steady performance during peak periods.
Program up to six menu presets to simplify changeovers and maintain uniform quality from open to close. Run the conveyor left-to-right out of the box, or field-convert to right-to-left to match your line layout. Ideal for pizzas, toasted sandwiches, and shareable appetizers, it helps stage orders and smooth ticket flow with minimal intervention.
Built for daily demands, the stainless steel exterior and stainless bake chamber with easy-to-clean impingement fingers streamline maintenance. The countertop, single-deck design uses 120v controls with a NEMA 5-15P cord; it’s cULus listed, UL EPH Classified, and made in the USA.
