An analog thermostat lets you dial in 175–550°F for repeatable results across dayparts.
Speed service with a performance torsion spring hinge and ergonomic curved handle that open and close smoothly during rushes. The low-profile body and 2.5" adjustable metal legs help it fit and level on crowded, uneven counters. A removable grease drawer streamlines end-of-shift cleanup.
