Dial in precise temperatures from 150°F to 450°F using the snap-action thermostat. A 4000 watt element every 12" helps the plate recover quickly between batches, ideal for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and chops.
Built for daily duty, the welded steel frame with stainless top and front and aluminized sides stands up to the rush. An integrated splash guard, grease trough, and grease drawer streamline cleanup and help maintain a tidy line, while 4" steel legs provide sturdy countertop clearance.
