Embedded modulating thermostats every 12" help you set and maintain temperatures across the plate. With 56,600 BTU of gas power, it handles eggs, pancakes, burgers, and vegetables on busy lines.
A wrap-around stainless steel splash guard, grease trough, and stainless steel drawer streamline cleanup and keep the station organized. Four-inch legs provide clearance for quick wipe-downs, while heavy-duty knobs and a welded steel frame with stainless steel front stand up to daily use. It ships Natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit; Made in USA.
