A 36" W x 21" D cooking surface and a 1" thick chrome plate provide ample space and rugged performance from breakfast through dinner. Embedded modulating thermostats every 12" let you set temperatures across zones to match your menu.
Stage pancakes, sear burgers, and finish steaks while containing splatter with the wrap-around stainless steel splash guard. A front grease trough and stainless steel drawer streamline cleanup and keep the station moving during peak service.
Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel front and 4" legs, this unit is ready for daily demand in busy kitchens. Fueled by 84,900 BTU natural gas and supplied with an LP conversion kit, it adapts to your gas setup. cULus and UL EPH Classified; Made in USA.
