The Star 836MA Ultra-Max countertop gas griddle drives high-volume production on a compact footprint. A 1" thick polished steel plate and a 36" W x 24" D cooking surface store and spread heat for consistent searing, browning, and caramelizing. Use it to fire eggs and pancakes at breakfast, burgers and chicken at lunch, or tacos and veggies for the dinner rush.
Optimize workflow with three manual controls that let you stage zones for different menu items or hold settings during peak periods. A tapered 4-3/8" wrap-around splash guard and a wide 3-1/2" front trough capture splatter and grease, keeping the line clean and speeding wipe-downs between tickets. Heavy-duty metal knobs and a standing pilot support all-day operation.
