The Star Ultra-Max 836TA countertop gas griddle equips your line for high-volume production with a 36" W x 24" D cooking surface and a 1" thick steel plate that holds heat and distributes it evenly. Embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats every 12" let you create precise 150°F–550°F zones for eggs, pancakes, searing proteins, and toasting buns simultaneously.
Improve workflow with a 4-3/8" tapered wrap-around splash guard that contains splatter and a 3-1/2" front grease trough that channels runoff for faster wipe-downs. Heavy-duty metal knobs and a standing pilot support quick adjustments and dependable start-ups during peak periods.
