The Thunder Group 1609J BBQ Plate from the Wei Series is an 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" wave-shape melamine sauce dish for serving herbs, sauces, or other accoutrements. Made of durable melamine, this dish can handle abuse that real china can’t and costs only a fraction of the real stuff. The 1609J is break-resistant, BPA free, and dishwasher safe (low temp) to simplify cleanup. NSF listed, it meets foodservice needs and offers a distinctive wave profile for neat presentation of sauces, condiments, and garnishes. Use this Wei Series piece as a sauce dish or BBQ plate to keep small portions organized at the table. Also known as THU-1609J.
