The Toastmaster 3B80AT09 built-in warming drawer streamlines hot holding on busy lines and carving stations. Two drawers accommodate two full-size 12" x 20" x 5" pans, giving you flexible staging for sides, proteins, and breads. A hydraulic thermostat maintains precise 100°F–200°F temperatures to preserve quality through service rushes.
Dial in texture with the adjustable moisture control knob to keep items crisp or moist as needed. Third-member suspension with 20 ball bearings per drawer and spring-loaded latches deliver smooth, secure operation that stands up to constant opening and closing. Fully insulated construction and a stainless steel exterior help retain heat and simplify cleanup.
