Its 24" W x 21" D cooking surface and 3/4" thick polished steel plate, heated by (2) steel radiants, promote even heat across the plate. Thermostatic controls let cooks set and hold target temperatures for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and sandwiches.
Speed cleanup and maintain a tidy station with the 3-1/4" front grease trough with chute, removable drip tray, and side/rear splash guards. A stainless steel front, bullnose, and drip tray stand up to daily use, while 4" nickel plated steel legs provide sturdy, sanitary clearance. Made in USA for dependable back-of-house performance.
